WWorkSuite

One workspace. Every business application.

Run your whole company from a single platform — CRM, invoicing, inventory, projects, people, files, mail, telephony and documents. Self-hosted, so your data stays on your server.

Twenty applications, one login

Every one shares the same people, permissions, files and search. Nothing needs to be integrated because nothing is separate.

CRM

Leads, accounts, a pipeline you can move deals through, quotes and a customer timeline that pulls from every other module.

Learn more

Invoicing

Invoices, payments, credit notes, recurring billing and aged debt — with money held as decimals, never floats.

Learn more

Inventory

Products, variants, warehouses and a stock ledger that is appended to rather than overwritten, so every movement has a history.

Learn more

Purchasing

Requests for quotation, purchase orders, supplier bills, returns and an approval chain.

Learn more

Projects

Projects, milestones, sprints, a kanban board, time recording and a critical path.

Learn more

Tasks

Lists, checklists, dependencies, reminders and recurring work.

Learn more

People

Employees, departments, leave, attendance and onboarding.

Learn more

Assets

An equipment register with assignment, maintenance, depreciation and audits.

One calendar that also shows tasks, meetings, project dates, asset renewals and tender deadlines.

Agendas, invitations with real .ics files, RSVPs and minutes.

Learn more

Telephony

A softphone in the browser over Asterisk, with extensions, queues, call recording and screen pop.

Learn more

PDF Editor

Read, annotate, reorder, watermark, compress, encrypt, OCR and convert — running real tools on the server.

Learn more

Documents

Design templates, merge live data into them, generate numbered branded PDFs, sign them electronically and share them by secure link.

The whole life of a bid: discovery, a requirements checklist, approvals, submission, and won or lost with the reason recorded.

Learn more

Forms

A form builder with conditional logic, calculations and public submission.

Learn more

Diagrams

Flowcharts and whiteboards with auto-layout, importing and exporting Mermaid and draw.io.

Learn more

Learn more

Built to be run by you

Self-hosted, with the controls a business actually needs to grant and withdraw access.

Role and per-user permissions

A permission matrix across every module, editable per role and per person.

Two-factor authentication

TOTP with backup codes, and an administrator audit trail of who changed what.

Session and device control

See every live session and desktop client, and revoke any of them.

Scoped API keys

Keys carry scopes, are shown once, and are stored only as a hash.

Administrator audit trail

Every administrative action recorded with before and after, and secrets never written to it.

Self-hosted

Runs on your own server. Your data stays where you put it.

Talks to what you already run

Standard protocols wherever possible, so nothing depends on one vendor staying in business.

IMAP and SMTP

Any mail provider that speaks standard protocols, including your own server.

Asterisk

Telephony over a real PBX, with the browser softphone connecting by secure WebSocket.

WhatsApp Cloud API

Meta's official API for a shared business inbox.

LibreOffice

Server-side conversion between Office formats and PDF.

Tesseract OCR

Text recognition in scans and images, including Sinhala and Tamil.

Web Push

Browser notifications by the RFC 8291 standard, with no third-party service in between.

S3-compatible storage

Object storage for files, alongside or instead of local disks.

REST API

Every module is reachable over HTTP with scoped API keys.

Questions

Can we host it ourselves?

Yes. It is designed to run on your own server, and that is how both existing installations run. Your files and database stay on hardware you control.

Does it work with our existing email?

Yes. Mail connects over standard IMAP and SMTP, so any provider works, including your own mail server.

Can we use only some of the modules?

Yes. Applications are assigned per person, so somebody in the warehouse sees Inventory and not the CRM.

Is there an API?

Yes. Every module is reachable over a REST API using keys that carry scopes and are shown to you once.

What happens to our data if we stop?

It is on your server. Files are stored as ordinary files and the database is standard MySQL, so nothing has to be extracted from a proprietary format.

Ready to see it?

We will show you the platform running with your own kind of data.
